17. The messy Pharisee

In the early Christianity, as a result of several outside effects, the soul’s intellectual (gnosis, cognition by intelligence) activity has been pursued and eventually silenced by the church, depriving man on its capacity of clear sight of operations (salvation) required in redemption. Thus, the superficial knowledge became sin and punishment issue, once more absolution of sins a central thought and practise. By the third and fourth century, representatives of the church were able to almost completely restore the period prior to the Gospel, as if redemption had not even taken place. Man forgot that the revelations of the Gospel were not made with religion founding purposes, but with the aim of enlightening and initiating. Revealing the hidden, brighten up the dark. This is the required apocalypse, where the sacral spirit is the key player.
The Gospel does not belong to any religion, nor to a worldview, because its essence is the initiation and the creation of a community of people with true faith, to build the house for the people resembling to One and Only, irrespective of their race, languages, nation or nationality. In other words, a spiritual community of non- religious, true and normal people. There is only one single authentic life, which has been shown to us by our Initiating Master. Where there is no initiation there is a struggle for life (Darwinism, communism, democracy), sinking into the material, misleading, corruption and irresponsibility towards others. There is no redemption, because life is about pleasure and the material. This is the hedonistic way of life, what nowadays is termed as modern.
The Pharisaic behaviour led the representatives of Christianity to become pragmatic, where the acting man was expelled from the action, and instead, based on old teachings an empty and impersonal action has been introduced. Thus events have lost their connection with the men. They did take into consideration our Initiating Master parable of the cheating wife, “let any one of you who is without sin be the first to throw the stone at her”. The collective guilt has been returned, and practically speaking, no one can be made responsible. This Pharisaic behaviour being the safest way for man to detach himself from the action and not accepting public responsibility, showing his representative, false face, instead of a face of a real human being.
The Pharisaic behaviour is a defence technique that denies existence. Do we also act as a Pharisees in our minds, words and deeds? The religious Pharisees took the same attitude against which our Initiated Master was fighting, and with this attitude, they weakened the contents of the Gospel. The established Pharisee behaviour template gave the possibility to exercise power and to open the place of sin in the front, to use a transposed redemption of the sin by our Initiating Master. As fear from the One and Only appear, people were encouraged to good deeds, because only good deeds count. The religion of good deeds and actions developed the hypocritical and lying behaviour.
Our Initiating Masters does not see the
existence corruption in the action itself, but in the breakdown of the unity of
existence, i.e. in the thoughts, words and deeds. The sinner is not the one who
commits a bad act, but the one who constantly lives in the bad act, without
even noticing it. Even worse, should he consider it appropriate and realistic, if
he teaches and requires it from others. Nothing is easier than to contaminate
life, and nothing is harder than to purify it. Our Initiating Master in his
teachings, more exactly in the Mountain Talk made clear his opposition to the
Pharisaic behaviour and protested against the old scripture and moral acts
(good and bad, right and wrong) demanded by the Semitic religion. Our
Initiating Master has always had to fight against the sole corrupter of
existence, the Pharisee. We could also call his teachings as: how not to be a
Pharisee.
