1. Duality, spirit and material

The material, in this case the body as a manifestation and as sustaining life has the role to allow the completion of the form (soul). The body as carrier, with or without the completion of the form, starts its regress, which is known as the death of the body. Every development is linked to the material so as the body therefore has a beginning, a top and an end. In contrast to the created soul, the form has no beginning or end because it is eternal. There are only two phases of the soul, the immature, relative, meaningless soul that does not return to the One and the ripened, absolute or awakened soul that can return to One.

The form, the essence, or the spirit is therefore the manifestation of existence and the content as material or substance (meaning under something, in this case under essence) is the manifested life. The essence is the synthesis of the qualities manifested at higher levels. The form is a framework for the expression of the content, i.e. the spirit is the framework of the material manifestation. The form is above the material, the cause is above the effect. This means as well that the solutions always come from the top, so we can understand things by knowing this spiritual world. Therefore, the spirit gives the time and spatial manifestation of the material. The form or spirit is the possibility, the potential the source that the material can fill in.

Not the form manifests itself but the material (not the science-managed helpless material, or in the scholastic concepts the secondary material). The material is not really helpless because it manifests itself in its properties to us. The form, the space is invisible, the material, and the time is visible. The form itself does not occur only in conjunction with the material, therefore the same material has countless forms. Space alone does not exist only with the time, which means that time is a source of space and time can be transformed into space, and space into time. The cause is space, the effect is the time, but when the effect is terminated is converted into cause. The first reason is the One, the existence, life is the effect. Life is a transcendent dimension of existence.

The relationship between the dual pairs as those which can be seen (something) and the invisible (nothing) is ensured by the changing time, movement, creation, and light. The Scripture does not mention the creation of the time in the first day, only the light is mentioned, but the two are related. It can be said that creation began with movement, time and light, which is nothing else that the change, or it was created from nothing or in the duality terms from perfection. Out of time and light, there is no creation in space, because there is the essence. The manifestation of the essence (cause) is the existing (effect). The emptiness, the space should be examined by the pair of ontology, but since such not exist, we can conclude emptiness only indirectly, as a complementary part of the ontological existence as an equivalent of completeness. If life is in time, then the emptiness, that is existence, is in space. The question whether the existing is in existence or the existence is in the existent is the same question of whether the space is in the time or the time is in space. Both can be converted and reversed, the directions are interchangeable because the two are one. Where the turning point happens is the change, the returning or the moving away.

The existent and the existence are in a flow, whether the one dominates, whether the other, but like the other duality pairs have always been in a variable equilibrium state. The point is the balance, so keeping the unity. The man too, as part of the duality is able to find existence in life, to convert time into space, which is the restauration of the order, balance and unity. According to René Guénon, "the duality is a prerequisite for all manifestations", but we can also say that duality is manifested in two ways, such as man and woman, but the same can be said of the above and down, movement and immobility, about white and black, about day and night. Duality is interdependence, a complementarity of each other, the one disintegration, fusion in the other. The externally-looking division win unity and is soluble in inner duality. There are no differences in the unity, no cause and effect, there are no substance, because they return to the essence. The effect cannot recognize itself without reason, the substance is not possible without essence.

It is therefore important to understand the dual unity of life and existence and to apply the message that life sense is existence, and life is not possible without existence. Not the life is important, but the source, that is the existence. From life (movement, change) is possible to arrive into existence (motionless, eternal) only through the perfect returning. The unity of duality can be destroyed only with lie, fraud, manipulation, perfidy and falsity. For example, such a falsity is the principle of “to divide and conquer” or for example the envy, which is capable to create hate, against the ones who had awaked, because for the accuser there is no truth, only injustice, no spirit only material and no order making, just fail. Such a half-created man does not realize that he needs to go further, and if he failed, he needs to stand up as our Initiating Master in the passion. Not the number of failures is the point, but the number of standing ups, because it is only the way to get the extra load. He does not know that happiness is in creation, in the fact and in the word, in making order and in returning (so called pilgrimage). The rest are only devices, annexes for all these.
